Thanks for stopping by!!
I have found so much inspiration that I have started sharing my own addiction of tablescaping. Please feel free to join me as I enter my journey and share my passion for decorating with all my lovely little "treasures".
I decorate my home with vintage, thrift store, yard sale and hand me down items. I shop ebay with a vengance for dinnerware and glassware, the postal service must adore me!
I am very casual, but a bit fussy when it comes down to details. I have spent two thirds of my life in the south, but the southerners say my "nothern side" still comes out! I am guessing this is not such a good thing....and visa versa when I am around my northern relatives, "give me a break"!
Join me any way.......I hope we can be blogging buddies no matter where we all live :)
Oh, this is so gorgeous, makes me want to go and eat at your table with those great things...plates, centerpiece, big cupcake and small ones, my goodness, I'm loving them!! Everything is perfect and I'm getting great ideas for next year's 4th. of July! Lots of hugs, FABBY
ReplyDeleteHI!!!! Thanks so much for following me, I will follow you back! What town in Tenn. do you live. My BIL used to live in Johnson City and it is a beautiful area! I am in Pa. and the weather here is almost identicle to east Tn.!!!!! I love your table. We are all dishaholics, aren't we!? My husband does enjoy cooking so I am blessed about that! I'll be back! ReplyDeletePinky, I am just a short drive from Johnson City in fact I buy a lot of my dishes from the Johnson City stores. Pier one, Home Goods (TJ Maxx)etc Isn't that funny? Lucky someone loves to cook at your house, I set the table.....look at it.....order in! lol

I love how the red runner really defines this table. The ribbons in the plates add a beautiful touch, also.
ReplyDeleteTruly a beautiful, festive table! It makes me think I should have put more thought into mine. I enjoyed seeing all your efforts!

Wendy, you could always just have your food catered! Top Choice BBQ is wonderful, and they cater. They're on facebook.

That dratted mailman! I have the same problem! LOL! Love that flatware. IKEA can be so wonderful, don't you think? Sometimes I go and the only thing I like are the Billy bookcases . . . I love those Billy bookcases . . . Other times I go and leave with tons of stuff! Fun patriotic table. I look foward to more of your tablescapes. Thank you, Mr. Mailman!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind comment on my blog. I have enjoyed your patriotic tablescapes! As far as the blueberry tea, the recipe is at the end of the post and yes it has a fruit taste. I prefer it with some sweetener in it and it is so pretty in the glass! Love the color of it! Hope that answers your question!
ReplyDeleteMy second born is our widdle firecracker, born on the 4th of July! I always go overboard with the decorations! He was 5 before he realized all the parades and fireworks weren't for him!
