Thanks for stopping by!!

I have found so much inspiration that I have started sharing my own addiction of tablescaping. Please feel free to join me as I enter my journey and share my passion for decorating with all my lovely little "treasures".

I decorate my home with vintage, thrift store, yard sale and hand me down items. I shop ebay with a vengance for dinnerware and glassware, the postal service must adore me!

I am very casual, but a bit fussy when it comes down to details. I have spent two thirds of my life in the south, but the southerners say my "nothern side" still comes out! I am guessing this is not such a good thing....and visa versa when I am around my northern relatives, "give me a break"!

Join me any way.......I hope we can be blogging buddies no matter where we all live :)

Breakfast or Dinner?

Well I guess it would be up to you to decide.  Start off with a lovely plate of fruit and maybe finish it off with some sourdough french toast!  My idea of the perfect breakfast isn't everyone's, so you would have to decide what is on these plates.  It would have to include hot chocolate or would it?  I just think the plates or lovely, Rosanna comes up with such whimsical ideas and this is one of my favorites.

My new chocolate Fiestaware was was screaming to get played with so while my darling daughter was away at Disney, I took advantage of the quiet time and played "house".  I must admit it is more fun when she is at home to help, but I hope Mickey Mouse is more entertaining than brown and pink place settings!
Of course I had to step it up a notch for night time use, chocolate can be very romantic. (I know, ewwww mom!)  So I pulled out some crystal and some little pink hearts and a cherub to pray over it all for ever lasting love.........check it out though, I forgot candles!!! Duh.  Had them on the breakfast table, how goofy is that?  Oh well a little faux pas here and there to make it real lol
