Thanks for stopping by!!

I have found so much inspiration that I have started sharing my own addiction of tablescaping. Please feel free to join me as I enter my journey and share my passion for decorating with all my lovely little "treasures".

I decorate my home with vintage, thrift store, yard sale and hand me down items. I shop ebay with a vengance for dinnerware and glassware, the postal service must adore me!

I am very casual, but a bit fussy when it comes down to details. I have spent two thirds of my life in the south, but the southerners say my "nothern side" still comes out! I am guessing this is not such a good thing....and visa versa when I am around my northern relatives, "give me a break"!

Join me any way.......I hope we can be blogging buddies no matter where we all live :)

From Plain to Fanciful

Since my blog is in it's infant stage, it really has no real direction as of yet.  It started out being about decorating my whole pink home, to decorating tables for lunches and maybe collecting pretty dishes.  For now I think it will just stay that way.  I really hop all over life like that any way, from one project to another, one collection to another, one hobby to another.

I adore so much.  I enjoy so many gorgeous things. These views tend to change dramatically over time also.  For instance. I used to have no use for milk glass until I found these dreamy "H" lace edged plates on ebay.  I let my imagination take over for a few seconds and saw tulle being threaded through them to make the must delicious salad plate EVER!  Now they are one of my most treasured items because they can be "changed up" so many different ways.

~:*With a little bit of tulle, some "pearls", curling ribbon and organza roses these just whisper romance*:~
Someone put a danish here PLEASE!
~*:With a tall crystal sherbert glass, the possibilies are endless.:*~
A little Limoge berry bowl added just a perfect touch of pink roses.  Fill it up with stawberries and some whipped cream on a hot summer night......now where did I put my champagne flutes?
A perfect way to mix and match all the little cups and saucers that don't really go any where else.
Boy, I wish I liked tea......can you pass the coffee?
